The Warzone and Modern Warfare 2 Season 4 buffs and nerfs are important pieces of information you need to know when dropping into multiplayer and the battle royale. Season 4 is now underway and just like previous seasons, a dose of weapon balancing has taken place.

Typically, weapon balancing impacts the most popular guns in the Warzone and Modern Warfare 2 arsenal but on this occasion, the Cronen Squall battle rifle is one of a handful of weapons that have received changes.

Thanks to the Season 4 patch notes for both titles, we've got all the information on how Infinity Ward has adjusted the performance of various weapons in the arsenal. Here's a closer look at all of the changes:

Battle Rifles « 

  • Cronen Squall
    • Full-Auto
      • Bullets to Kill increased by 2 | Warzone Only

As you can see, the main focus of this dose of weapon balancing has involved the shotgun category, with a number of weapons receiving increases and decreases across the board.

The most notable change is the Cronen Squall nerf which includes a damage decrease when using semi-automatic mode and an additional two bullets needed to kill a target when firing it with fully-automatic mode.
