With items respawning each day and Resin on a visible timer, doing what you can to gather up the goods you'll need to Triple Crown this new character ahead of their release can make the eventual pull feel that much better.

Genshin Impact Yueling leveling materials
Yueling is yet to make an her debut in Genshin Impact, but there are leaks suggesting she'll come as a new Liyue 5-star unit. So if you want to start preparing for her by farming her ascension materials, check out the table above.
There's no official information on which Liyue specialties, boss materials, and enemy drops Yueling will need just yet. But the quantity of resources you need is always consistent. If you've been playing for a long time, you should already have most of the materials ready to go.
In addition to all of the materials, you need around 421 Hero’s Wit and 4.2 Million Mora. If you plan on triple crowning her and leveling her all the way to 90, that's what to aim for.
The cost of leveling goes down drastically if you avoid crowning her skills or leave her at level 80 after ascending her for the final time, so you'll still be able to get respectable mileage from her without the hefty investment.

We don't yet know which talent book Yueling will want, but we suspect it'll be between Prosperity, Diligence, or Gold. They're unique to Liyue characters. Information about which enemy or boss drops are needed is currently unknown as well.
Where to farm Yueling talent materials
Prithiva Topaz
Prithiva Topaz is needed for all Geo characters. You can farm it by killing any Geo boss like the Geo Hypostasis or the Golden Wolflord.
Mora and XP books can be farmed via Leylines. We recommend waiting for official information regarding which enemy and boss drops Yueling will need before farming any resources if you want to save time later down the line.
