When is the Fortnite Mr Beast skin release date?
The Fortnite Mr Beast skin will be available from December 14, 2022. That's the official release date as per Epic Games, though we don't know how long it'll remain in the Item Shop.
Prior to this announcement, it seemed that the most likely date for the Mr Beast skin to come out is December 16. On this day, Epic Games plans to add a Christmas celebration to the game. There was a very real chance that Mr. Beast would appear as the second part of the update.
How do I get the Fortnite Mr Beast skin?
The only way to get the Mr Beast skin in Fortnite will be through the Item Shop. This is how most premium skins arrive in Fortnite, and it's no different with this release.
There are two Mr Beast skin variants available in Fortnite. There's the regular Mr Beast skin, as well as as MrBeast6000, a robotic version of the beloved YouTuber. Each is available separately, with their own set of accessories to boot.
First up, the base Mr Beast skin comes with the Smasher Pickaxe and Beast Backdrop Wrap. The MrBeast6000 skin comes with the Prize Package Back Bling, Beast Claw Pickaxe, and Wrapped and Revved Glider.
Other themed items available either separately in the Item Shop or via quests are the Beast Brella Umbrella, MrBeast Gaming Spray, and MrBeast Survival Games Loading Screen.
How much will the Fortnite Mr Beast skin cost?
While the Mr Beast skin has been announced, the prices haven't been revealed yet. However, we can take a good guess based on previous skins. Standalone skins tend to cost around 1,500 V-Bucks, just for the skin itself. If you want either of the full bundles including a themed pickaxe and extra accessory, it'll likely set you back around 2,000 V-Bucks or more.
