Here's a quick look at where to get each of the two fashion accessories added as part of the FFXIV 6.51 patch in October 2023:

Statice's Wings

Statice's Wings, a new version of the popular wings fashion accessory that mimics the look of the pixie Statice, can be acquired through the Aloalo Island Criterion dungeon.

For this one, you won't need to rely on luck. Not too much of it, anyway. Rather than a random drop you might need to roll for, you just need to exchange three Aloalo Potsherds.

Giant Leaf Parasol

The Giant Leaf Parasol, a version of the parasol fashion accessory that resembles a giant leaf far more than a traditional umbrella, can be found in the Aloalo Island Criterion dungeon.

Like the Statice's Wings, the Giant Leaf Parasol is understood to be a rare drop found in the dungeon's chests. Multiple runs will likely be needed to grab it for yourself.
