Every move is crucial to your survival, but much like other formidable enemies, Medusa is not without weak points. Channel your attack towards her head and neck the most to exploit her weakness.
You might want to bring a Panacea along as it effectively cures most ailments. Ensure you're also equipped with the Ring of Motility, which negates her ability to petrify you. Since the head is in your possession, you can use its petrifying power against enemies as needed, even against Medusa herself.
