To qualify for Disney Dreamlight Valley Twitch Drops, you need to watch just a couple of hours of verified DDV streamers through Twitch. Not everyone streaming DDV during the event period will count toward your watch time.
There are only a select few, but as long as your Twitch account is linked to your Gameloft profile, watching them should tick down the timer to unlock your next reward.

As long as your Twitch account is tied to your Dreamlight Valley account, you'll get notifications on Twitch when a new one is unlocked.

What items are included in Disney Dreamlight Valley Twitch Drops?
As mentioned, there are four items available as Twitch Drops in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
The Gamer Mickey Ears Headband is the first item, and the most common of them all. You'll need to watch an eligible streamer for 15 minutes to unlock it.
Next is the Gamer Chair, which requires an additional 30 minutes of watch time. That's followed by the Gamer Laptop at an additional 45 minutes, and lastly the Comfy Gamer Hoodie, which will need an extra hour of watch time to unlock. In total, then, you'll need to watch these streamers for 150 minutes.
Once you've got the notification on Twitch that you've met the requirements and have unlocked the item, you'll need to head into Disney Dreamlight Valley. Provided everything has been done correctly, head to the mailbox next to your character's house. Your goodies should be in there!
