The Nautical Enchantress is an alias for the one and only Ursula.
If you've not seen The Little Mermaid, the sea witch may not be the first character that comes to mind. The electric personality certainly makes her an enchantress, however, and her tentacles fit the 'nautical' requirement nicely.
Ursula is one of many villains that bring a much-needed break to all the niceties offered by the heroes in Disney Dreamlight Valley. Most are quite entertaining to talk to, and Ursula is no exception.
Where is the Nautical Enchantress in Disney Dreamlight Valley?
Now that you know who you're looking for, the only thing left to do is have a chat. Ursula is exclusively found in water, and you can check the map at any time to see where she is. When you've reached her, start a dialogue; one of the options listed below will be available to give progress toward the duty.

It's worth noting that you need to have two 'daily discussions' with Ursula, which means the duty takes at least two days to complete. The sea witch will sometimes be swimming somewhere you can't access, but will eventually drift closer to land so it's important to keep an eye on the map.
It's possible to meet Ursula on land, but only after spending 4,000 Moonstones on the 'Ursula's Transformation Dream Bundle'. It has a chance of appearing in the premium shop and will turn the character into 'Vanessa'. Speaking to Vanessa still counts toward this duty, too.
