Being able to interact with your favourite Disney characters sounds like a lot of fun but you may be wondering, is Disney Dreamlight Valley multiplayer? In this guide, we’ll find out if you’ll be able to have your friends visit the home you’ve built in this vibrant life-sim.
The game takes place in the titular Dreamlight Valley, a land inhabited by all the Disney and Pixar characters you know and love. Unfortunately, the valley was cursed in typical Disney fashion so it’s up to you to save those who live there.

Is Disney Dreamlight Valley multiplayer?
Disney Dreamlight Valley currently does not have a multiplayer mode, but that is set to change soon. Gameloft has revealed that the game will be getting co-op features in an upcoming update.
With this new update, you’ll get to visit other players’ valleys and make trades to help you obtain quest items. Your friends will finally be able to see firsthand all the progress you’ve made on your valley instead of just looking at screenshots.
Gameloft has also teased more multiplayer features, but we don’t have any details on them just yet. At this point, we’ll just have to wait and see what they are. We’ll be sure to update this guide as soon as we learn more about these new features.
Multiplayer for Disney Dreamlight Valley is scheduled to launch on December 5, 2023. There’s always a chance that added features like multiplayer may get delayed, so we’ll let you know of any changes that might happen.
