As part of the X-Men Vs. Avengers season in Marvel Snap, Hope Summers have arrived as this month's Season Pass card, giving you a powerful Mutant that can work in a huge variety of decks. But which is the best Marvel Snap Hope Summers deck to use right now?

Whether you can find a homebrew version of the best Marvel Snap destroy decks, or you're hoping to use her alongside the best Marvel Snap Black Swan decks from last month's season, there's no doubt that this new Marvel Snap card is strong, and we still need to see her full potential.

Before we get into the best deck for the Mutant Messiah, it's worth knowing her ability. Hope Summers' card reads "After you play a card here, you get +1 Energy next turn". As it is not an Ongoing or On Reveal ability, there's very few things that can block Hope Summers' talent, except locations like Deep Space or being blocked by cards like Professor X.

Best Marvel Snap Hope Summers deck

Right now, the best Marvel Snap Hope Summers deck, according to the Snap tracker via Untapped, is:

  • Kitty Pryde
  • Nightcrawler
  • Angela
  • Kraven
  • Elsa Bloodstone
  • Jeff
  • Silk
  • Hope Summers
  • Spider-Man
  • Shang-Chi
  • Vision
  • Doctor Doom

Unsurprisingly, the best shell for Hope Summers right now is a Silky Smooth, which was especially prevalent during Alioth and Elsa Bloodstone's best days prior to their nerfs.

The goal of this deck is to play cards on Hope Summers that can move away easily, and hopefully give Kraven a boost too. For example, playing cards like Silk on Hope Summers will give you the bonus energy, and then dropping another card like Jeff on the next turn will move Silk out, and give an additional energy for future turns.

Elsa Bloodstone will buff your last card at a location, and with the Silky Smooth deck, you can use this buff numerous times to give you some strong cards all around. And, with many high-power cards dominating the meta right now, Shang-Chi is an excellent tech card to get rid of some enemy cards.

If you're missing some cards, you could add in Spider-Man: Miles Morales as a way to get 5-Power on the board at only 1-Cost, or add in Magneto for a high-power card that can also buff Kraven at whatever location you played him.

Is Hope Summers worth getting in Marvel Snap?

I absolutely believe that Hope Summers is a worthy investment. While Black Swan and Skaar were great cards in specific decks, Hope Summers is a great all-rounder that boosts your energy without much of a limit. Cards like Electro will give you consistent additional energy, but you can only play one card per turn, while X-23 requires the stars aligning for your destroy deck to activate.

Hope Summers works in a variety of shells already. She removes the requirement of Limbo for High Evo decks, can be used in bounce shells as an easy way to get lots of energy and then open up the location with more spaces, or even Thanos decks as a way to get some of those higher-cost cards out sooner. We haven't seen the best of Hope Summers yet, and she'll be a huge player in the meta (unless she gets nerfed, of course).

We're excited to see what Hope Summers is capable of, but for now, that's the best Marvel Snap Hope Summers deck to try and climb the ladder. Make sure to read our guide on Marvel Snap Gold, or check to see if there are any Marvel Snap codes right now.
