Start another playthrough

• Play the game again with a different approach. Try tweaking your difficulty to Tactician and make the combat subsequently more challenging. It'll give you a better appreciation of game mechanics and resource management.
• Choose alternate story paths in your second playthrough. Try out varying dialogue options and dangle into the criminal underbelly of Faerun by making immoral choices. You could even use Illithid abilities to appease the Mind Flayer. So make some different choices and see how this varying path affects your story.
• Choose a completely new build and playstyle.
