The game will release on both the Microsoft Store and Xbox Game Pass at those times, so get ready to download it once the time arrives. Unfortunately, there is no way to play it early.

Those release times are for As Dusk Falls on Xbox and PC only, which are the only platforms that the game is coming to for now.
