Geo DPS Build
Solar Pearl is easily the best option for this Setup with its boost on Critical Rate and Elemental Burst damage. If you can’t afford to get your hands on this weapon, Eye of perception works as a great alternative.
The best option by far is a mix of those two sets that will buff your Geo Damage and your Elemental Burst damage. If you can’t get to form a 2 Piece bonus of Noblesse Oblige, Gladiator’s Finale is a good replacement
Sub DPS Build
Eye of Perception works for an offensive approach, but if you want to relegate Ningguang to a more passive role and focusing on another Main DPS, then Memory of Dust is the weapon you want.
Noblesse Oblige will give Ningguang the necessary boost for her to excel by using her Elemental Burst, which will also buff your party teammates’ Attack after that. If you can’t complete the 4 Piece set, a 2-2 mix with Gladiator’s Finale works as well.

Weapons like the Solar Pearl and Memory of Dust are the only real good options for these builds. You can also find a more affordable and equally good alternative in the form of the Eye of Perception.
