Genshin Impact mushroom is a common cooking ingredient required for a number of handy recipes.
These include Mushroom Pizza and Mushroom Skewer, two meals that greatly restore a character's HP, so keeping a stock of mushrooms on hand for cooking is a good idea.
Fortunately, tracking down Genshin Impact's mushroom is easy, as they grow abundantly in northern Mondstadt and especially around Stormterror's Lair.
They're small and difficult to spot at times, so just keep an eye out for the telltale item sparkle in the grass if you're having trouble finding one.
While there are plenty of mushrooms, as with any resource in Genshin Impact, we recommend putting a pin in some of the spots that aren’t too far away from your usual haunts.
Unlike other, more valuable mushrooms, Genshin's standard mushrooms have a normal respawn rate, so you won't have to wait long to gather more.

Genshin Impact Mushroom Locations
You’ll find Genshin Impact's mushrooms primarily in northwestern Mondstadt.
There are multiple grow points around Stormterror's Lair, so you won't be starved for choice.
The far northeastern part of Stormbearer Point also has a few mushrooms, and the wooded area immediately outside Mondstadt City hides a few mushrooms too.
However, if you don't feel like looking, you can purchase mushrooms from Wanmin Restaurant in Liyue Harbor.
Mushroom Farming
Genshin Impact mushroom respawns 24 hours after you gather them, since it's a common plant.
