The last Outrider of the Knights of Favonius, Amber is a cheerful girl that we met early in the story and always helps the citizens of Mondstadt. On the battlefield, she’s a Pyro Support unit that uses ranged attacks, and so far the only Pyro bow user, making her an interesting addition for your team.
How to get Amber
Amber is obtainable by spending wishes in the Wanderlust Invocation standard banner or through the main story, after the quest Winds of The Past. Good luck obtaining her!
Character Overview, Skills, and Talents
While Amber is more a unit that helps in exploration, you can also make her a decent Sub Pyro DPS since her Elemental Skill and Burst have the potential of hitting hard, trigger Pyro-related Reactions, and also help deviating aggro, making her a great asset in a team.
Normal Attack - Sharpshooter
Performs up to 5 consecutive shots with a bow.
Perform a more precise Aimed Shot with increased damage. A fully charged flaming arrow will deal Pyro damage.
Fires off a shower of arrows in mid-air before descending into the ground, dealing AoE damage upon landing.
Elemental Skill - Explosive Puppet
Continuously taunts the enemy, drawing their fire. Baron Bunny's HP scales with Amber's Max HP, and when it’s destroyed or when its timer expires it will explode, dealing AoE Pyro damage.
Adjusts the throwing direction of Baron Bunny. The longer the button is held, the further the throw.
Elemental Burst - Fiery Rain
Fires of a shower of arrows, dealing continuous AoE Pyro damage.
Every Arrow Finds Its Target
Increases the Critical Rate of Fiery Rain by 10% and widens its AoE by 30%.
Aimed Shot hits on weak spots increase Base Attack by 15% for 10 seconds.
Decreases all-party members' gliding Stamina Consumption by 20%.
Constellation - Lepus
One Arrow to Rule Them All
Fires 2 arrows per Aimed Shot. The second arrow deals 20% of the first arrow's damage.
Baron Bunny, new and improved! Hitting Baron Bunny's foot with a fully-charged Aimed Shot manually detonates it. Explosion via manual detonation deals 200% additional damage.
Increases the Level of Fiery Rain by 3, up to a maximum level of 15.

Decreases Explosive Puppet's cooldown by 20%. Adds 1 additional charge.

Critical Hits have a 60% chance to generate a small number of Elemental Particles, which will regenerate 6 Energy for the character. Can only occur once every 12 seconds.

2 Piece Bonus: Increases Elemental Mastery by 80.
4 Piece Bonus: Increases Charged Attack damage by 35% if the character uses a Catalyst or a Bow.
Crimson Witch of Flames
2 Piece Bonus: Pyro Damage Bonus +15%.
4 Piece Bonus: Increases Overloaded and Burning damage by 40%. Increases Vaporize and Melt damage by 15%. Using an Elemental SKill increases the 2 Piece Set effects by 50% for 10 seconds, stacking up to 3 times.
2 Piece Bonus: Elemental Burst damage +20%.
4 Piece Bonus: Using an Elemental Burst increases the entire party’s Attack by 20% for 12 seconds. This effect cannot stack.

Weapon - Favonius Warbow or The Stringless
Both weapons serve really well with Amber, there isn’t a real change and your choice will depend only on which one you get first, or if you want elemental damage to prevail over energy recharge.
Artifacts - Noblesse Oblige (4 Pieces) or Crimson Witch of Flames/Wanderer's Troupe (2 Pieces)
These Artifact setups will depend on what you want to rely on more, Pyro Damage and its related reactions or Elemental Mastery and Burst damage.
