Fortnite continues to be the king of crossovers, as the free-to-play shooter will soon be home to the real Slim Shady and some fake ones as well. That’s right, rap sensation and 8 Mile star Eminem is coming to Fortnite, complete with variations of the rapper we’ve seen throughout the years.
In order to celebrate December’s Big Bang event, Epic Games decided to roll out the red carpet and bring in the real slim shady. While the Big Bang event takes place next month, Eminem will be making his in-game debut a little bit earlier next Wednesday, on November 29.
Eminem comes with three different skins when he arrives in Fortnite: Rap Boy, Slim Shady, and Marshall Never More. Obviously, these are all Eminem in different phases of his career, with Rap Boy being his younger self while Marshall Never More comes from the “Without Me” music video.
Those who want all of Eminem’s look should take part in the upcoming Big Bang event, so they can get his Marshall Magma outfit. It’s essentially the same as his Slim Shady look, albeit, with glowing eyes and some red stuff in his face. Of course, players will need to purchase the Eminem DLC to gain access to the Marshall Magma outfit.
Seeing Eminem appear in Fortnite is neat, though the presence of celebrities is becoming less of a rarity these days. Once you have Keanu Reeves’ John Wick and John Cena, pretty much any celebrity and franchise is on the table, no matter how limited the time is.
Considering how raunchy the rapper’s content can be, fans might not be able to use him in all of the maps. Epic Games recently added age restrictions to various skins in the game, due to Fortnite Creative’s focus on all-ages gaming. We don’t know if Eminem will get banned from the more child-appropriate maps, but we wouldn’t be surprised.

Fortnite is available now on pretty much every modern console as a free download. Players will be able to get the Eminem DLC on November 29.
