Does Dark Alliance Have Crossplay?

Dungeons and Dragons: Dark Alliance launches this week, and all signs suggest it'll be a fun co-op title with plenty of monster-slaying potential.

It's coming to Xbox Game Pass on day one, too, but if your friends are playing on different platforms you may be wondering if you'll all be able to team up.

We have good news and bad news, on that front.

Does Dark Alliance Have Crossplay?

If you're playing on Xbox, you'll be able to enjoy cross-play between Xbox One, Xbox Series S, and Xbox Series X consoles.

Xbox players can also share the fun with those on PC, but PlayStation fans aren't so lucky.

PS4 players can play with PS5 players, but that's where crossplay ends for Sony's platforms. At launch, crossplay is not possible between PlayStation systems and any other platform.

In recent weeks, we also heard that Borderlands 3 was preparing a crossplay update for all platforms, but that it was removed for PlayStation.

Still, chin up PlayStation gamers - at least Dark Alliance is getting local co-op added post-launch.
