CrossfireX Executive Producer Apologizes for Issues, Outlines Upcoming Fixes


CrossfireX launched last week but if you've seen the subreddit at any point, you'll know it's been a disaster, and that's prompted an apology from the developers. This comes from CrossfireX executive producer Sooro Boo, who not only apologized, but outlined plans to fix the issues players are facing.

On the official CrossfireX website, Boo apologized to the fanbase, claiming that they “inadvertently disappointed many of our players and fans that have stuck with us for a long time.” Elaborating further, Boo outlines what issues fans are facing with CrossfireX, and how they'll be addressed from here on out.

Specific problems the next few updates will focus on are controller sensitivity issues, balancing the Boogieman character, and aiming with the CAR-4 ADS. Boo also promised that the development team will be open and honest with the fans from here on out, hoping players give the game a second chance.
