CrossfireX launched last week but if you've seen the subreddit at any point, you'll know it's been a disaster, and that's prompted an apology from the developers. This comes from CrossfireX executive producer Sooro Boo, who not only apologized, but outlined plans to fix the issues players are facing.
On the official CrossfireX website, Boo apologized to the fanbase, claiming that they “inadvertently disappointed many of our players and fans that have stuck with us for a long time.” Elaborating further, Boo outlines what issues fans are facing with CrossfireX, and how they'll be addressed from here on out.
