RUBY: Things are about to get a bit dark

The Street Shadows Challenge Pack is currently in the Fortnite Item Shop and includes challenges to earn the following:

  • Ruby Shadows skin
  • Blackout Bag Back Bling
  • Shadow Slicer Pickaxe
  • Sky Shadow Glider

The challenges in the pack are as follows:

  • Play with friends (0/5)
  • Outlast opponents (0/500)
  • Deal damage to opponents (0/1000)
  • Complete Ruby Shadows Quests (0/3)

The challenges are all easy to complete for someone who plays Fortnite regularly, with the exception of Solo players.

Then again, it is not hard to create a alt-account to queue up with a few times in order to complete the Play with Friends challenge.

The best part of the Street Shadows Challenge Pack?

The price.

Street Shadows Challenge Pack Price

In the past Fortnite Challenge Packs have cost between $9.99 and $14.99.

The Challenge Pack for Marigold was $11.99, and the Snakes & Stones Challenge Pack came in at the same price.

However, as part of the current Epic Mega Sale going on, the Street Shadows Challenge Pack is free until June 17, 2021.

This is a great opportunity for Fortnite players to complete some challenges, get some great cosmetic items, and not break the bank by doing so.

It is not very often that Epic is willing to give away a free skin, and Ruby Shadows is an excellent skin at that.

Players should snag the pack while they can, because it will cost money after June 17, 2021, and the price will most likely fall around $9.99 - $11.99.
