The October 5th hotfix brought Raven to the island. Not to be confused with the Raven from DC, this Raven is Fortnite's very own spook machine.
Raven has a very scary allure and has been added to the island right before Fortnitemares begins. And to top it off, this NPC has their own set of questline challenges.

How to complete Raven's Dark Skies Questline challenges in Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 8?
Raven Fortnite location
In order to find Raven, you will have to make your way to the Hydro 16 Dam. This dam is located towards the west of Misty Meadows.
Once you've found Raven, talk to the NPC and you will have unlocked their entire questline challenges.
Stage 1 - Destroy Sideways rocks
This is a pretty easy challenge to begin with. All you need to do is head inside an already active Sideways encounter and start breaking the rocks in there.
Breaking two rocks will be enough to complete the challenge. But be careful, the monsters inside the Sideways will still attack you.
Stage 2 - Launch from a Corruption Vent in The Sideways
The Sideways is a very strange place. And just like the jump pads that you see all over the island, you will see a set of corruption vents too within the Sideways.
These vents appear as small dents in the ground with smoke coming out from them. All you need to do is jump on these vents and watch yourself thrown up high in the air.
Stage 3 - Eliminate Cube Monsters in the Sideways 15 seconds after gliding
This one is rather tricky. You may need to time this perfectly. Do not enter the Sideways right after you jump out of the battle bus.
Instead, loot a few weapons and a launch pad. Build a ramp high up and then use the launch pad to launch yourself in the air.
Do this in close proximity to the Sideways encounter so that you can glide your way into it. Once you're in it, start firing at the monsters that spawn and you should be good to go.
Stage 4 - Get headshots from above
For this, you can climb up on top of a building inside a Sideways encounter and then start popping the monsters with headshots.
Do not try building within the Sideways because the monsters will break your build.
Stage 5 - Destroy chests with a harvesting tool
This is probably the most passive aggressive challenge in the history of all challenges in Fortnite. All you need to do is swing your pickaxe at a chest instead of looting it.
You will still get the loot, but this feels like an additional task. And chests are found all over the island so spotting one and then breaking it with a pick axe shouldn't be difficult at all.
