Fortnite does have a wide range of NPCs to offer. Other than offering missions, these NPCs sell items like weapons, utilities and even activate rifts for you.
Thanks to the Fortnite 17.40 update, we received a new set of weekly challenges today. As per one of the challenges, you need to visit and talk to Joey in Fortnite.
But where do you find Joey?

Finding any NPC on the Fortnite island isn't difficult at all, provided you know where to look. When it comes to Joey, there are two separate places where he spawns.
I'm not sure if you'll find Joey spawning at both the places in a match but feel free to check it out.
The first Joey Fortnite location is at Believer Beach. He's located in one of the houses towards the road.
You'll come across a second iteration of Joey at Dirty Docks.

That being said, you can buy a prop disguise from Joey in exchange for gold. And what's more, if you visit Joey and talk to him, you will end up completing a Fortnite Season 7 Week 11 challenge.
It's a pretty easy 30,000 XP for just talking to someone.
