Kevin Couture Skin Rumors
Rumors of a playing Fortnite skin based on Kevin the Cube have been circulating the fan community during Season X, surfacing again in Chapter 2, Season 5.
Rumored to be a humanoid version of Kevin the Cube dressed to the nines, the news of the files being updated in 16.20 got Kevin fans frothing at the mouths.
It has been a few weeks since the release of Fortnite 16.20 with no sign of a Kevin Couture skin in sight.
Could it be a future bundle or a special-release skin?
It could also possibly be a hoax or a red herring placed in the code for data miners to find and speculate about with no real release in sight.

Kevin the Cube
New players unfamiliar with Kevin the Cube are a mysterious purple cube that first arrived in Fortnite on August 24, 2018, in Paradise Palms, and an older location from Athena Island in Chapter 1, Season 5.
The Cube originally stayed in one spot, recharging players' shields who got near it and bumping them away if they tried to touch it.
Eventually, it started to move, slowly rolling across the map.
Eventually, The Cube made it to Loot Lake and dissolved, turning the lake into a bouncy gelatin-like substance.
Soon The Cube rose from the lake, taking the island in the middle of Loot Lake with it, forming a floating island in the sky.
This island exploded during the Fortnitemares event of 2018, with The Cube disappearing at the end of the event.
After this, the only reference to The Cube has been the Steamy Stacks location added in Fortnite Chapter 2, Season 1.
The company that owns the building is called Kevolution Energy, using the fan community's nickname for The Cube, Kevin, making it canon in-game.
Will Kevin the Cube Ever Return?
It seems every Season fans find hints at Kevin's return, whether as part of the Seasonal storyline or as a skin such as Kevin Couture.
Will Kevin ever return?
Possibly, but I'm sure Epic is having a blast watch fans see Kevin wherever they look.
