How to Plant Wiretaps at Different Key Locations in Fortnite

Fortnite Chapter 2, Season 7 is well past the halfway point, and Week 8 challenges arrive with an aggressive alien agenda.

The I.O. has a mole, and it is up to players to figure out exactly what is happening by placing wire taps in several strategic locations.

Only three wiretaps need to be placed, and there are a plethora of different locations available for players to choose from to do so.

How to Plant Wiretaps at Different Key Locations

There are five different locations on Apollo Island where wiretaps can be placed, each with three areas to place wiretaps.

These areas are:

• Dinky Dish
• Dockside Dish
• Defiant Dish
• Lazy Lake
• *REDACTED*

Players only need to land at one of the five locations and place three wiretaps to complete the quest.

1. Fortnite Wiretaps Locations at Dinky Dish

The three locations at Dinky Dish where wiretaps can be placed are:

• At the base of the main radar dish
• At the base of the large yellow radio tower
• At the base of the small yellow radio tower with a dish on it

2. Fortnite Wiretaps Locations at Dockside Dish

The three locations at Dockside Dish where wiretaps can be placed are:

• The green radio tower in the southeast corner
• The green radio tower on the west side
• At the base of the main radio antenna

3. Fortnite Wiretaps Locations at Defiant Dish

The three locations at Defiant Dish where wiretaps can be placed are:

• The blue radio tower on the south side
• At the base of the central radar dish
• The blue tower on the east side

4. Fortnite Wiretaps Locations at Lazy Lake

The three locations at Lazy Lake where wiretaps can be placed are located at the eastern house with a pool:

• The wall west of the square swimming pool and Jonesy cutouts
• By the hedge east of the pool
• By the benches north of the house near the dog house

5. Fortnite Wiretaps Locations at *REDACTED*

The three locations at *REDACTED* where wiretaps can be placed are:

• Outside wall of gate office
• By the rock outside the fence
• Under the stairs near the sealed entrance
