Fortnite is in a celebratory mood once again. And a birthday is an occasion everyone should celebrate. That being said, the birthday event in Fortnite Season 8 is now live.
Although you don't get any XP from completing these challenges, you get a set of free rewards once you complete a set of these challenges.

That being said, let's move on to where to find and collect resources from balloon decorations in Fortnite Season 8.
Fortnite balloon decoration locations
Just like the cakes in Fortnite Season 8, the balloon decorations are also located at every major POI on the island.
In fact, these decorations are located mostly behind or within a close proximity of the cakes itself. There are balloon decorations located at Retail Row for sure, because the same is seen in the video below.
That being said, once you spot these decorations, all you need to do is swing your pick axe at these balloon decorations in order to harvest them for resources.
Collecting 50 resources is enough to complete the challenge in question.
However, since these decorations are within the vicinity of the cakes as well, you could complete the other challenges too.
One involves dancing around a cake, while the other involves consuming cakes.
