While fans may still not know what that Fortnite Season 8 Live Event has in store, it is pretty clear what the outcome of "The End" will be!

It is officially December, the month that Fortnite Chapter 2 ends and Chapter 3 starts. There are just THREE days left until "The End" and very few details/leaks are surfacing about the Chapter 2 finale. For many, this is the second time they will see an Island end. Still, for others, this will be the first time. No matter which camp fans fall in, this should be an exciting event to partake in!

FOUR days remain until "The End." The corruption on Apollo Island is spreading, and Fort Guava is now complete. The final Wild Week starts today, allowing players to spend Gold Bars in order to obtain XP in a last ditch effor to bump their Battle Pass levels.

Fortnite Chapter 2 Finale: The End Date
The Fortnite Chapter 2 Finale will take place on December 4, 2021 at 4 p.m. EST. This will be both the end of Fortnite Chapter 2, Season 8 and Chapter 2 as a whole. Following "The End" will be a Black Hole period with Chapter 3, Season 1 expected to launch on December 7, 2021.

Everything We Know About the Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 8 Live Event
"The End" will be a 30-minute long live event, allowing players to queue up in parties up to 16 players. It is recommended that Fortnite fans queue up at least 30 minutes prior to the event in order to ensure they can connect and experience the end of Chapter 2.
The storyline for The End will pit the forces of Apollo Island against the Cube Queen as she attempts to claim Reality Zero for her own. This event will not only serve as the end of Season 8, but the end of Chapter 2 and will pave the way for Fortnite Chapter 3, Season 1.
