Final Fantasy XIV: How To Become A Dark Knight

Speaking of Additional Character Classes, Final Fantasy XIV lets you be a Dark Knight in the game, assuming you’ve bought the Heavensward expansion and have completed some tough requirements.

If you’re new to the series, it might be intimidating to know that players will have to reach Level 50 with any job but once this is completed, all you have to do is head to Ishgard where turning into a Dark Knight is possible.

Just to be clear, becoming a Dark Knight in Final Fantasy XIV does not turn you into Batman from DC Comics.

You’ll have to play Fortnite, Injustice 2, DC Universe Online, Lego Batman, or the Batman: Arkham games for that superhero fantasy.

A Dark Knight in Final Fantasy XIV is more reminiscent of the Character Class that shares the same name in the SNES classic Final Fantasy IV, an excellent game and one of the franchise’s best installments.

While you can’t swing around Gotham City with children, Final Fantasy XIV’s Dark Knight is a powerful tank class that many players will enjoy using.

Final Fantasy XIV is now available on the PS4, PS5, and PC.
