Where Are IO Guards
Firstly you’ll need to know where guards spawn.
This map will show you each of the locations that an IO elevator can come from.

Just hang out nearby and one should spawn eventually, after that it’s time to shakedown an IO guard!

How To Shakedown Guards
Once you’ve found the guards, it’s time to knock them down.
Grab a weapon of choice and get shooting!
Though watch out.
If you down all three guards they will be eliminated and you won’t be able to interrogate them.
Set 'em up, shake 'em down!
If you want to shakedown an IO guard, knock one or two down then run in and grab them.
