Diablo 2 Resurrected is finally here, and with it, a myriad of quests, enemies, and challenges for you to discover (or re-discover!). Today we will take you through the sixth and final Story Quest of Act 1, Sisters to the Slaughter, a quest that involves advancing deeper into the Catacombs, where the final boss, Andariel, awaits.

Diablo 2 Resurrected, Act I: Sisters to the Slaughter

Quest Name: Sisters to the Slaughter

Area Level: 12 (Normal), 43 (Nightmare), 73 (Hell)

Unlocked By: Completing the Tools of the Trade Quest, or Reaching the Catacombs Level 3. Given by Deckard Cain.

It’s time to face the final boss for Act 1, the Demon Queen Andariel, the one who corrupted the Rogue Sisterhood, and by far the hardest monster to beat in this chapter of the game. To do this, you need to advance deeper into the Catacombs and reach Level 4. Is on this level where Andariel will wait for you, in a large chamber at the bottom of this dungeon.

Andariel uses poison-based attacks, so you better equip several Antidote potions to keep yourself safe from her poison attacks and that bothersome poison cloud she summons. The room will also have different normal enemies, and I suggest you wipe them out before taking on the boss, or things can get spicy.

Once you defeat Andariel you have to go back to the Rogue Encampment, which will mark the end of Act I, now having to travel to Lut Gholeim and start Act II. But that's for another day.
