Shiba Inu project lead Shytoshi Kusama has reiterated the stance that all SHIB users can build for the cryptocurrency, after an influx of new projects surrounding SHIB.
Shytoshi directly referenced the Shiba Inu Children's Book as an example of one of these projects.
This comes after Shytoshi previously called on SHIB holders to start thinking about what they can build on Shibarium.
Shytoshi Kusama: DO IT
Posting in the Shiba Inu Discord, where he also revealed a new card for the Shiba game, Shytoshi encouraged members to build for SHIB.
He answered a potential question from SHIB holders, which asked: “If SHIB Is decentralised, why can't we do something we want without devs or defence interfering?"
In response, Shytoshi said:
There is no one stopping anyone. I saw the Shib children's book. DO IT.
This comment could also be in response to some of the centralisation accusations sent toward members of the Shiba Inu Breeds and Developers.
Nevertheless, the hyper-dedicated Shiba Inu community is already working on projects separate from the core developers.
The children’s book in question is a series of short stories written by Cristina Tello and uploaded on YouTube. These take SHIB as the main character in various plots relating to cryptocurrency.
With Shibarium set to launch pretty soon, SHIB holders are seen to be preparing for its release. A Shibarium Hackathon could also help new dApps developers fund their projects.
Alongside this, SHIB burn projects still continue to be among the most popular within the community. Whether burning SHIB via gaming, coffee, or streams, the Shiba Inu Burn Portal has somewhat streamlined this process. However, controversy around Burn Portal reward delays and accusations of scams have marred this in the past few months.
These remain separate from the more integrated projects such as the Welly NFTs, new TREAT token, and other aspects formerly announced by official channels.
