Despite Season 6 of Warzone being underway, many players are already beginning to switch focus to the launch of Season 7, the next significant post-launch content drop to be taking place. Even though we've still got Season 6 Reloaded to look forward to, the conversation surrounding the possibility of Season 7 launching towards the end of 2021.
In its short history, there has never been a seventh season for Warzone due to the integration of Call of Duty's annual release taking place shortly after its launch. When Does Warzone Season 7 Start?
Although Activision and Raven Software has yet to reveal an exact date for Season 7 to begin, we can get a rough idea as to when the new season will launch thanks to the Season 6 Battle Pass. The Battle Pass comes to an end on December 2nd, 2021, meaning the likelihood of Season 7 starting on that date is high.
Before the release of Season 7, we can expect some kind of outro cinematic to appear. Once it's released by Raven Software, we will embed it below to see how the battle between Adler and Perseus comes to an end.
Exact details on the size of the Season 7 update have yet to be confirmed but considering the huge number of changes expected to take place, it's more than likely that players will need plenty of space on their hard drives in order to download it.
With Raven Software confirming that Season 6 will be the last one to take place in Verdansk, Season 7 will play host to the arrival of a brand-new map set in the Pacific, complete with new points of interest and secrets to uncover. We already know that the map won't be ready when Vanguard releases on November 5th, so there's every chance it could be arriving in December.
As always, a new season brings a new Battle Pass featuring 100 Tiers of brand-new content for players to get their hands on. When Season 7 launches, Vanguard will be a month into its cycle, meaning that plenty of World War 2-themed cosmetic items and blueprints are likely to feature in the Battle Pass.
Warzone Vanguard Integration
Sledgehammer Games has confirmed that the integration of Vanguard's weapon arsenal isn't taking place when the game is released. The "seamless" process is set to take place at a later date which could well be the beginning of December.
With Season 7 expected to usher in the entire arsenal from Vanguard, there will be plenty of new weaponry for players to get their hands on in December. Ranging from the STG 44 to the 3-Line Rifle, the existing metagame is expected to receive a huge overhaul.
