Although Season 3 is still in its early stages, Warzone players are already mastering the new guns and weapons on offer. In addition to new weaponry, changes to the Caldera map have improved its aesthetic along with several adjustments to popular points of interest.
The arrival of the M1916 and the Nikita AVT look to spice up the existing metagame but players are already sharing their thoughts on whether they're viable options.
With a number of players already testing the weapons, many are disappointed with their lack of performance, saying they're not worth using.
Warzone Season 3 Guns Aren't Worth Using
Despite players reaching the maximum Weapon Level, Reddit user 'VonBurglestein' is struggling to find a build that makes the Nikita AVT a viable option on Caldera and Rebirth Island.
Plenty of comments from other disgruntled players trickled in. One user says that the new additions to the Warzone arsenal aren't "worth levelling," which is certainly disappointing news. Another user says Warzone expert JGOD says the Nikita AVT and M1916 "aren't quite there yet" in terms of reaching the perfect balance.
Alongside the new guns, Raven Software applied a multitude of buffs and nerfs to several weapons to maintain some kind of balance in the early stages of Season 3. It appears the developer may have work to do.
The perfect balance between all of Warzone's weapons is extremely hard to achieve. As Season 3 progresses, there's every chance the Nikita AVT and M1916 slot somewhere close to the top of the ever-changing meta but until then, it appears there are plenty of other viable options to use as part of a loadout.
