Season 6 of Warzone is coming to an end, much to the excitement of the community that has already set its sights on the all-new Caldera map making its debut in Season 1 of Warzone Pacific, a brand-new era for the immensely popular battle royale.
Since Warzone was released, players have been dropping into the vast metropolis of Verdansk, and with the current season being the last to use the city and the surrounding area, Raven Software is giving it a proper send-off with three events collectively known as the End of Verdansk. Operation Flashback Start Time
Initial details on the limited-time mode (LTM) were revealed in a blog post published by Call of Duty on October 28th. The post states that Operation Flashback will begin on November 18th, with more intel on what to expect in the new LTM to be announced closer to the time.
What Is Operation Flashback?
Activision has unveiled the full details behind Operation Flashback, the latest LTM to arrive in Warzone. In a detailed blog post, the publisher reveals that the mode takes place on the current version of Verdansk set in 1984 but with several twists.
At the start of each circle, some kind of event will take place which can be any of the following:
- Fire Sale
- Supply Chopper
- Cash Drop
- Ground Fall - Satellites falling from the sky.
- Hostile Fire - Plant the C4 at the top of the Downtown tower just like in the 80s Action Heroes Event.
- Restock - All supply boxes close and refresh with new loot.
- Resurgence - All players drop back into the game if one squad member is still alive?
- Juggernaut Royale - Juggernaut crates drop into the game.
- [REDACTED} Weapon Drops - Weapon crates that feature unknown weapons (Vanguard?)
Along with unique events happening at the start of each circle, plenty of rare loot is also up for grabs. Here's a full list of rare loot that can be acquired:

Operation Flashback Rewards
Just like other Warzone events that have taken place in Verdansk, players that take part in the event can get their hands on some exclusive rewards. Just for playing a match, an Emblem can be earned and for those that manage to win a match, an animated Calling Card is up for grabs.
