Call of Duty Warzone Season 4: How To Avoid Gas Mask Animation In The Modern Warfare Battle Royale

Modern Warfare Season 4 is almost here, and that means we are gearing up for an ample amount of fresh Warzone content.

The gas mask has proven itself to be one of the handiest items in Warzone, but a pesky bug has caused several players problems.

Fortunately, there is a clever workaround to this annoying bug. Here's how to do it!

How to skip the Gas Mask Animation in Modern Warfare and Warzone

There are two ways you'll be able to skip the gas mask animation, each dependant on you having either a heartbeat sensor or a custom class with Akimbo weapons. Here's each!

Using a Heartbeat Sensor

The Heartbeat sensor is a nifty gadget that can locate enemies behind walls within a certain range, but it can also help you stay focused when you need to apply your gas mask.

When you're putting on your gas mask, quickly use your heartbeat sensor and you'll find that you'll be able to transition almost seamlessly into the gas mask. There's still a split-second delay while you pull out the heartbeat sensor, but it's much faster than the alternative.

Using a Custom Akimbo Class

Once you call in a custom akimbo class (that's a class capable of dual-wielding weapons), you'll have both hands full of death-dealing weaponry, meaning you won't be able to put your mask on. Luckily, the game can magically fit your gas mask while you sprint.
