Season 3 of Black Ops Cold War and Warzone is well underway and as players continue to enjoy the huge array of content across both titles, a highly-requested feature has made its return.
Back in 2020, players were able to gift their friends with the Battle Pass and at a cost of just 1000 COD Points for 100 Tiers of content.
It's extremely good value, especially when the pass contains 1300 COD Points which is enough to purchase the next one.
Throughout the Black Ops Cold War cycle, players have been unable to gift the Battle Pass but thanks to a recent update to the Call of Duty companion app, players can now gift the pass once again.

How To Gift The Battle Pass
The process of gifting the Battle Pass is extremely simple.
Before the gifting, be sure that two-factor authentication is active on your Activision account and that you've been friends with the intended recipient of the pass has been on the list for over seven days.
Next, install the Call of Duty companion app and log in. Head to the "Player" tab then select "Gift Battle Pass."
Choose which friend you want to gift the Battle Pass to then complete the transaction!

Once the process has been completed, the player receiving the Battle Pass will need to head to the "Battle Pass" tab in either Cold War or Warzone to redeem the token.
Once the token has been redeemed, the Battle Pass will be unlocked starting at Tier 0.
