The potential of Donnie Darko or Frank appearing in Verdansk comes from notable Call of Duty data miner @_Nanikos_ who has discovered several files that reference the movie.

The files refer to a range of cosmetic items that could appear as part of a Donnie Darko bundle featuring Frank as an Operator Skin. While nothing has yet to be confirmed, this leak does suggest that a range of spooky crossovers are in the works. Alongside Donnie Darko, leaks have also revealed that Ghostface from the Scream franchise is likely to be making an appearance.

Donnie Darko Bundle Release Date

As always, leaks should be taken with a pinch of salt but Nanikos does have a track record when it comes to correctly predict new content that arrives into Warzone.
