Call of Duty: Vanguard is just a few days away, much to the delight of the community which is now focusing on the new release despite Season 6 being underway in Warzone and Black Ops Cold War. With Vanguard releasing fully on November 5th, fans of the franchise are already preparing for its impending launch.
The trailer for Der Anfang provided fans a taste of what to anticipate from the next Zombies game mode. But, watching the gameplay firsthand is a different experience altogether. Ahead of Vanguard's launch, a leaker has uploaded some gameplay from Vanguard Zombies, showcasing the next chapter of the Dark Aether storyline.

Call of Duty Vanguard Zombies Gameplay Leak
According to a now-deleted leaked video, Vanguard’s Zombies will continue with the Dark Aether story, albeit in a different manner. Der Anfang takes place on numerous maps from Vanguard, including a remake of the classic Shi No Numa Zombies map from Call of Duty World at War.
“This cooperative experience continues and intertwines with the Dark Aether story to create deeply engaging lore, all while innovating on the core gameplay that the mode is famous for,” said the gameplay narrator in the video.
The gameplay further reveals the central square is located in Stalingrad, one of the main theatres of war from the single-player campaign. There are three red gateways circling the area, each designated with a different objective — Blitz, Harvest, and Transit. These will most likely transport you to a new map where you must finish the assignment you chose.
