Fans curious about the Battlefield 2042 beta will be psyched to know that EA and Ripple Effect have finally announced when the first batch of playtests will be taking place.
This is something that fans of Battlefield 2042 have been waiting for and it will be interesting to see if Battlefield Portal will be part of the action, though the playtests are different from the open beta that will be taking place next month.

Battlefield 2042 Playtest Dates
EA and Ripple Effect have stated that the Battlefield 2042 playtest will be taking place next week, from August 12 to August 15, so anyone who wants to take part can sign up for EA Playtesting.
Registering for the Battlefield 2042 playtest won’t ensure that fans will gain access to the Battlefield 2042 beta as EA is only planning to have a few thousand participants, so most players will have to wait for the open beta this coming September.
