Oh my a god it was REAL. Kind of. In fact, only the craziest part of the Street Fighter 6 leak was true: Tifa is coming to Street Fighter 6.
For months, the leaks stated that Tifa, alongside veterans like Vega or Gouken, would be part of SF6's roster. Many people were justifiably skeptical. For good reason, considering most of the leaks were wrong, as Tifa is joined by three newcomers: Yasmine, Arjun, and Bosch.
This has caused quite the stir within the Street Fighter community, particularly those old-heads who wanted to play Vega (the five people excited for him, at least), or just wanted more returning characters despite three years of just exactly that.
In any case, I think the designs of the new characters are incredible, and actually having fresh faces is a net positive, especially if we consider that the only DLC that's been a new character is A.K.I, which is essentially just a reskinned Fang.
