There’s been a massive Pokemon leak going on that highlights Game Freak’s plans for the next 5 years. It includes an ambitious MMO codename 'Project Seed'
Credible Pokemon leaker Centro LEAKS have uncovered more information on Game Freak’s next games on their pipeline with the help of Teraleak. After extensive datamining efforts, the leakers have dug deep into the important pieces and found the roadmap for all upcoming projects the company has in the works. The leaks include details about Game Freak’s plans for their future titles such as their Animal Crossing-like game Pokopia and its DLCs, Pokemon Champions, and Pokemon Legends 3 information.

Pokemon fans have gone crazy over this big reveal as they eagerly anticipate news of upcoming titles, including the Gen 10 which is reportedly called “Pokemon Wind/Wave” and will include a rather bizarre Pikachu redesign. Meanwhile, while folks are excited to see where Gen 10 will take them, there’s one massive piece of information unveiled from the leaks, and it’s codenamed Pokemon Project Seed.
According to Centro LEAKS, Pokemon Project Seed is the “dream multi-region Pokemon game that people have always asked for.” where it connects the Region Hoenn, Sinnoh, Kanto, Johto and Kitakami into one massive multiplayer online space. Players will be able to walk freely across all the named regions and meet other players.

Fans are wondering how this MMO would work on the Nintendo Switch 2 without blowing the system up. They even jokingly asked if this rumored MMO could also be coming to the original Nintendo Switch. Given that Cyberpunk 2077 is capable of running on Nintendo’s latest hardware, a seamless Pokemon MMO doesn’t seem impossible.
Unfortunately, the leaks didn’t specify much about what to expect from the game as almost every major detail was focused on Project Wind/Wave. The only major information gathered is that this MMO title is expected to release sometime this 2028-2029. Likely coming out after Pokemon Wind/Wave.
