The gameplay starts with Bond falling into the ocean after his helicopter is shot down. He is able to swim to the surface and is immediately greeted with the sight of helicopter scraps on fire and rainy rocks.

He then tries to sneak past armed guards, with the game giving you a tutorial on how to climb, sprint, and more. After completing the tutorial, you discover Bond is in Iceland. The first chapter is called "Against the Odds." Bond is then sneaking into the enemy base, where he almost gets caught by a guard.
