Set to release sometime this year, Control Resonant is a hack-and-slash supernatural action RPG. Set in a warped Manhattan that is on the brink of paranormal annihilation, you play as Dylan Faden, a man with extraordinary powers who is fighting for his humanity.

Control Resonant's NG+ Offers Returning Players a Different Experience
If you plan on replaying Control Resonant after your first playthrough, you can expect a slightly different experience thanks to New Game Plus.

In Control Resonant, New Game Plus allows you to start a new playthrough while carrying over what you’ve already earned. This includes your Aberrant upgrades, health and combat ability resource improvements, unlocked supernatural combat abilities, talents, and artifacts. However. Traversal abilities don't get carried over, as they are tied to the story's progression.

New Game Plus allows Control Resonant players to experiment with builds they haven't tried, as you can't unlock everything in your arsenal at once. New Game Plus offers flexibility in how abilities are combined, allowing you to equip multiple different combat abilities from the same boss.

You can also play around more with Artifacts. In your first playthrough, you can only equip three Artifacts. In New Game Plus, an additional slot is unlocked, allowing for more complex combinations. You'll also be able to uncover other artifacts throughout your new playthrough, which can be turned into usable artifacts in the Gap.
