There are a total of 10 postcards in 007 First Light. Collecting all postcards will score you the "The World is Not Enough" achievement.
The first postcard you'll encounter is in Chapter 1: Against the Odds. Once you reach the objective to save the captives, you'll make your way to the enemy camp. To get to the postcard, head to the B2 container and eliminate the guards in the area. The Iceland Postcard is found on top of the table inside the shipping container.

The second postcard is found in Chapter 3: The Needle's Eye. This is a fairly easy postcard to get, since it's located in the first checkpoint. After finishing the car ride, head to the right of the training grounds. The Malta Postcard will be found on top of a foldable table, near the water bottles.
The third postcard is found in Chapter 8: All the Time in the World, at the seventh checkpoint of the mission. The mission will have you enter room 206 in a hotel, but don't do it yet. Instead, eavesdrop on a maid pacing in front of room 205, distract her, and pickpocket the key from her. The Slovakia Postcard can be found on top of the nightstand by the bed inside the hotel room.

The fifth postcard is found in Chapter 10: The Past Never Dies. You'll be in a market for this challenge. When you enter the market, take a left and find the red anchor on the ground. You'll encounter an area that's locked with a padlock. Use your Laser Pen to shoot it off, enter, and claim the Mauritania Postcard.
Postcard number five is found in Chapter 11: Uninvited, during the sixth objective, where you need to access the CCTV system. This is another easy one - simply enter the CCTV room and the Kensington Postcard will be on top of the table on your left.
The sixth postcard you'll encounter is in Chapter 12: Knightfall. For this one, you'll need to get on top of the statue to jump to the next balcony, then jump over the railing. Shimmy alongside the ledge until you can climb inside the window. The City of London Postcard will be inside on the counter to the left.

Postcard number seven is located in Chapter 14: Time to Die. When you reach the Ocean View Bar, you'll find the Vietnam Postcard on top of the table to the right of the bar.
The eighth postcard you encounter can be found in Chapter 15: Man of the Hour, when you're stealing field equipment. Enter the Q-01 gym and climb up the locker, then jump across the ledge to enter the hallway. You'll find a table with the Q-Lab Postcard here.

The ninth postcard will be found in Chapter 16: Wave of the Future, while reaching HYPERION. When you reach the elevator, eject the Override Key and beat the enemy android. Insert the key into the next door, head inside, and walk over to the metal bar. The Antarctica Postcard will be found on top of a cart by the window.
The tenth and final postcard is found in Chapter 17: For England, during the sixth checkpoint. After answering the red phone, pick up the earpiece from the enemy you took down. After, go through the next door and make your way past some shelves. After squeezing yourself through, you'll find the MI6 Postcard on the ground.
