Rockstar Lists Midnight Club: LA For Sale On Xbox Store


After listing a series of its older titles on Steam earlier this month before removing them, it appears Rockstar has had the same issue on the Xbox store.

While Steam users were able to snag Midnight Club 2, the franchise's latest addition, 2008's Midnight Club: Los Angeles, appeared on the Xbox 360 marketplace (thanks, ResetEra).

You can find the listing here, although some users have noted that they aren't able to finish the purchase.

It also appears the game is backwards compatible on Xbox One, Series S and Series X hardware.

The game received an 81 on Metacritic back in 2008, but with the company having the small matter of Grand Theft Auto and Red Dead Redemption to work on, we'd imagine we're unlikely to see a new Midnight Club entry anytime soon.

Is the famous developer doing some spring cleaning of its back catalogue, or is there something else at play here. We'll keep you informed.
