Does Game Pass Include Xbox Live Gold?

It’s hard to name a deal in gaming better than Xbox Game Pass, especially since there have been promos that let you start one month for a dollar.

Being able to play a ton of games for a monthly fee is a dream come true, though if you like online games, that becomes a bit more costly since Xbox owners still need to pay for Xbox Live.

Does Game Pass Include Xbox Live Gold?

Xbox Live Gold is needed for online play but does also give players free games every month and they are yours to keep as long as you add them to your library.

Unfortunately, the regular version of Game Pass does not include Xbox Live Gold so if you want to play online games with friends, you’ll have to pay an extra $10 to do so.

Thankfully, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate does include Xbox Live Gold and only costs $5 more than regular Game Pass so if you want the complete deal, go all-in for Game Pass Ultimate.

Since Game Pass Ultimate is an all-in-one option, you can play Gears 5 or Halo with friends and zero problems.

Both Xbox Game Pass and Xbox Live Gold are now available, whether as separate purchases or together with Game Pass Ultimate.
