World of Warcraft Shadowlands: How To Unlock Warglaives Of Azzinoth Transmog

The iconic Warrglaives of Azzinoth weapons wielded by Lord Illidan Stormrage himself are available for players to transmog on their Demon Hunter characters only.

Despite originally being a legendary sword drop from Illidan in The Burning Crusade, only the Demon Hunter class is able to modify their equipped weapons to look like the Warglaives, however, they do not need to be obtained on that character.

Requirement - Players must have both the offhand and main hand Warglaive of Azzinoth on one of their characters connected to the same account.

Players must then wait until Burning Crusade Timewalking comes around and venture into the Black Temple and defeat Illidan Stormrage. This can be done on any character as long as the player has a character that meets the above requirements.

Once Illidan has been defeated, players will be awarded the achievement I'll Hold These For You Until You Get Out.

This achievement will unlock the account-wide transmog exclusive for Demon Hunter Characters only.

In order to unlock the original Warglaives of Azzinoth, players will need to run the original Burning Crusade version of the Black Temple and have both weapons drop from Illidan, the final boss.

Both swords are a very rare drop chance so it can possibly take months to unlock.

Burning Crusade Timewalking also only comes around once every few months, so players will need to wait in between each event before they are able to earn this reward.
