A Sly Fox is a new achievement in patch 9.1 Chains of Domination which will award players a new Fox pet, however, it will take a few weeks to complete.
Steps of this achievement can only be completed when the Kyrian assault is active, and you will need to do it three times before you are able to finish all the steps.
The achievement can take up to six weeks to rotate through three times, so ensure you are completing a step each time the Kyrian assault is active or you will prolong the process.

World Of Warcraft Shadowlands: How To Complete A Sly Fox Achievement
Assault 1
When the Kyrian assault is active, speak to Orator Kloe at 42, 44 to gain the Sharp-Eyed buff needed to see the tracks of the fox.
You will then need to follow the tracks on the ground to find Sly the first time who will be located at 40.70, 51.55, and click on him.
Assault 2
Wait until the next Kyrian assault is active, and repeat the steps to gain the Sharp-eyed buff.
Again, follow the new tracks until you find Sly at 38.03, 39.70 and interact with him.
Assault 3
Wait for the third and final Kyrian assault to begin and get the Sharp-eyed buff once more.
Follow the tracks until 32.89, 44.19 to find Sly for the final time.
If the fox is not at the location he can be found a bit further along at 39, 45.15.
Once you have interacted with Sly for the third time, you will be awarded the A Sly Fox achievement, and your new pet will be sent to your mailbox.
