Blizzard Entertainment in partnership with Z-Man Games has come together to create this Wrath of the Lich King Pandemic system Boardgame, featuring both old and new mechanics for players of similar games.
In the Wrath of the Lich King board game, players control one of Azeroth’s heroes and fight their way through the Scourge to reach the throne of fallen Prince Arthas, now feared throughout Azeroth as the terrifying Lich King. Adventure across the frozen continent of Northrend, take on quests, battle monstrous entities, and more to retake Azeroth from the Lich King.
The game includes reworked features to fit a Pandemic style Board Game into the Warcraft universe.

Blizzard Announce World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King Pandemic Board Game
The board itself is a large surface area and contains forts, temples, battlegrounds, and more locations iconic to Northrend.
Familiar hero's and Villans will be in this game including Thrall, Jaina, Varian, and of course Arthas.
Quests are a new mechanic to the Pandemic board game, which will send players on adventures across Northrend.
Hero cards will give players an edge over their enemies, with unique uses such as extra attack power during turns, mounts that increase how far players can move, potions to heal, and much more.
