Blood Bowl 3's early access launch was originally set this September. However, that'll be delayed indefinitely, according to developers Cyanide Studio.
As seen on their official Twitter post, Cyanide Studio expressed that their first goal of releasing the game's early access this September was "a bit too optimistic."

Blood Bowl 3 Original Release Date Delayed
Within this announcement, they still ensured fans that their primary concern "is the quality of the game experience," looking ahead to the game's release in February 2022.
Originally targeting an August 2021 release date, Blood Bowl 3 was delayed last June, pushed back until February 2022. With the scheduled early access also being delayed, we can expect other changes coming along the way, till the game receives a solid release date.
