The first patch of Episode 3 is set to release later today, the 7th of July, keeping to the average patch release schedule of roughly every two weeks.
Valorant posted on Twitter that the update will be coming and to expect it to go live around the usual patch based on player's regions.

Patch Notes: What to expect in Patch 3.01
There are currently no patch notes announced for the upcoming 3.01 update.
With this patch being the first update of Episode 3, we should expect to see some gameplay improvements to smooth out any lingering issues from launch.
While there are no announcements of any weapon or Agent nerfs/buffs, Riot recently said that they are looking to add some Yoru buffs, that they have been testing for some time.
It is unclear if these buffs will be arriving in patch 3.01 or in a later patch.

With no announcement of what's coming in the patch, it is impossible to predict how large this update will be, however, based on similar fortnightly updates we can expect it to be roughly 1-2GB depending on how many changes arrive.
