After a previous delay into next year, SEGA's announced that Total War: Warhammer 3 will arrive on February 17, 2022. Set to release on Steam and Epic Games Store next year, that's also available with Xbox Game Pass for PC on day one.
As per Eurogamer, SEGA announced the game's final release date alongside a reveal for the Ogre Kingdoms Race Pack. That'll be free for those pre-ordering the game, or if you buy it during the first week of release.

In their official press release, developer Creative Assembly also mentioned:
Total War: Warhammer 3 will feature more factions, a larger map, more mechanics, a deeper storyline, major systems reworks, and brand-new battle types to sink your teeth into.
It'll also have diverse campaigns which give different outcomes when played, as confirmed in the press release. Players can expect additional add-ons and free updates, alongside other surprises as the Warhammer 3's release draws closer.
