Update - The official release date for Total War: Warhammer III is now revealed by Sega alongside the reveal to an upcoming DLC for the game as well.
Total War: Warhammer III has finally been announced, and brings the Total War franchise back to the Games Workshop universe.
Here's everything we know about the game so far, but we'll be updating this as we learn more.

Total War: Warhammer III Release Date
Total War: Warhammer III will release on February 17, 2022. The first planned release was scheduled for 2021, though this was delayed last September for developer Creative Assembly to give the game "a little more time" then.
Total War: Warhammer III Platforms
As with the last two games, the game will be a PC exclusive.
You can buy it from Steam, the Epic Games Store, or directly from the Total War store. Also, it will be available for the Xbox Game Pass on day one.
Total War: Warhammer III Races and Factions
The game will introduce Kislev, Cathay and the factions of Chaos - Khorne, Nurgle, Slaanesh and Tzeentch.

“Creating and developing the armies of Cathay and Kislev for this project has been a lot of fun for our designers and we’re looking forward to seeing them take to the field in this huge third game in the series.”
